I'm thrilled you're here
I am a dually certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have 15 years experience in healthcare; practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2018. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a provider. My passion lies in motivating, encouraging, and educating.
I am glad that God has gifted me the passion to share the importance of being physically and mentally well. You have to take care of the ‘temple’ in order to take care of your mind.
I have been led and encouraged to help each person figure out how to be physically and mentally whole.
Growing Gracefully Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, was created to provide an integrative psychiatric approach for all clients. Here at Growing Gracefully, the goal is to provide a safe and nurturing place for clients to come and work out any mental health challenges that they may be faced with. By providing an integrative approach, the root of the issues are addressed first. Supplements and medication management will be discussed and counseling may be encouraged.
I hope you allow me to help you on your journey. Remember, it is one day at a time and one foot in front of the other. There is no race or competition with anyone outside of yourself. Make sure the real reason behind wanting to be well is for you and not for anyone else.
YOU MATTER! I look for forward to working with you!
